Peter Czapp presents Top Tips in July

Peter Czapp of the WOW Company gave an excellent presentation on Top Tips to Promote your Business whatever the market conditions to an enthusiastic group on July 30th. Peter’s “Back to Basics” approach was thought provoking and encouraged attendees to analyse their current marketing strategy. He stressed that he was always surprised when clients didn’t have a basic budget or business plan. If numbers are your weakness, get a good bookkeeper or accountant to help you, but don’t ignore it.
Other tips include:
Keep in touch with your customers for future business and use your current customer base to gain new contacts.
Never be afraid to negotiate with customers and service providers.
When you invoice, shorten your payment terms to get your cash in hand quicker. It’s better to chase payment after 7 days than after 30.
